Standard Shipping:
All Plural orders shipped to an address within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx Ground.
FedEx Ground Rates Effective September 1, 2008:
$10.00 for the first book.
$5.00 for each additional book.
FedEx Ground approximate shipping times:
Expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.
Additional shipping options:
Upon request, orders can be shipped via a quicker FedEx service. Rates for expedited shipping are:
FedEx 3rd day air:
Effective September 1, 2008:
$18.00 for the first book.
$8.00 for each additional book.
FedEx 2nd day air:
Effective September 1, 2008:
$25.00 for the first book.
$10.00 for each additional book.
FedEx Next day air:
Effective September 1, 2008:
$30.00 for the first book.
$12.00 for each additional book.
Additional shipping and handling fees:
Certain Plural titles that are excessively large require additional shipping and handling fees. Additional fees are located on the specific product page for each item. Items with additional shipping fees include:
Professional Voice: The Science and Art of Clinical Care, Third Edition.
Additional domestic shipping charge: $50.00 per book.
Additional international shipping charge: please call for rates.
Shipping policies
FedEx shipments require a street address and cannot be shipped to a post office box. If a post office box is provided shipments will be sent via USPS and no tracking information will be available. Plural cannot be held responsible for shipments sent via USPS that are lost or undelivered.
Tracking Packages
A tracking number will be available to customers whose shipments are sent via FedEx. Please call or email our customer service team to request the tracking number for your package at [insert toll free number/email address].
Shipping returns
To return any book please ensure the book has not been damaged or marked in any way, enclose a copy of your invoice and ship it to:

Books that are returned in resalable condition within thirty days of the order date will be fully refunded, less shipping and handling costs. Returns after thirty days from the purchase price will require a $5 per book restocking fee. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any books that are returned damaged.
