How to Order

For orders in North America, there are four easy ways to order:

1. ONLINE: Order from our secure website.
2. PHONE: Call toll-free at 1-866-758-7251 and place your order using your credit card number or institutional purchase order number.  
3. FAX: Place your order using your credit card number and information or institutional purchase order number by fax at 1-888-758-7255.
4. MAIL: Send your order with enclosed check made out to Plural Publishing, Inc., credit card number and information, or institutional purchase order number to: Plural Publishing, Order Department, 5521 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123.

When ordering by mail or fax, please include in your order the following information:

• Your complete name, bill to and ship to addresses (if different), including zip code, telephone number, and account number (if available)
• Complete book title(s) and ISBN for each book ordered
• Authorized and numbered purchase orders (for orders not accompanied by payment)
• All special billing and/or shipping instructions clearly specified

How do I use the shopping cart?

Plural's online shopping cart is a safe and secure way to order.

To add an item to your cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Once you have added an item, it will remain in your shopping cart until you checkout ord delete the item.

To access the shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the page.

To checkout: Once you are satisfied with the items and quantities in your shopping cart, click "Checkout" to enter your billing, shipping, and payment information. You will also be able to enter any promotion codes you may have after you click "Checkout."

What are my payment options?

Online orders will accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.

Is my payment safe?

Plural Publishing's website and online shopping cart are Certified to be Secure.

What is the sales tax for my order?

Online orders that are billed to or shipped to addresses in the state of California will be charged California sales tax. Online orders that are billed to or shipped to in San Diego will be charged San Diego sales tax. Orders taken at conventions or meetings will be charged the local sales tax of the city/state in which the order was placed.

How do I use a promotion code or discount offer?

Once you click "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you will have the opportunity to endter a promotion code prior to submitting your order.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations or needs, you may return it in resalable condition within 30 days and the full purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded or applied toward a credit on a future purchase. Returns after 30 days will require a $5/item re-stocking fee. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any items that are returned damaged.
